The Geelong Regional Library Corporation's Annual Report 2018/19 is now available to view online or in hard copy format at any of our 17 library branches and two Mobile Libraries.

We’re very pleased to advise that the Geelong West Library and the City of Greater Geelong’s Geelong West Customer Service Centre are scheduled to re-open on Monday 23 September, in time for the start of the school holidays. Celebrating 60 years of the Geelong Library
Today marks 60 years of a Geelong Library operating at 49-51 Little Malop Street, Geelong, the site on which the Geelong Library & Heritage Centre currently stands. Read on for a brief overview of the history of the Library.
Western Heights College Library - Closed for Curriculum Day
Patrons are advised that Western Heights College Library will be closed on Thursday 5 September due to a Curriculum Day.

Mention the library and most people will think about borrowing a book rather than publishing their own. But for Geelong woman, Prue Moriarty, the library helped her to finish writing and publish her own book, The Hunt for Code Polaris, a psychological-thriller about espionage during the Cold War.
Changing lives at Corio Library
Siblings Soraya, Mustafa and Murtaza grew up in Pakistan and until they moved to Australia, had never set foot in a library. In 2015, they moved with their family to Geelong and have been visiting their local Corio Library almost every week since.

Libraries closed for Queen's Birthday public holiday
All Geelong Regional Libraries will be closed for the Queen’s Birthday public holiday on Monday 10 June. Normal opening hours resume on Tuesday 11 June.
