Here at Geelong Regional Libraries, we are aiming to better understand what our customers are looking for when using our services. To do this, we need your help! We are running a number focus groups in June to understand what matters most to our customers and community so we can work towards delivering an experience that meets your needs. If you’re available 5:30pm – 7:00pm on Thursday 13 June, or Tuesday 18 June (either in person at Leopold Library, or by joining an online meeting), and would love the opportunity to contribute, please submit an expression of interest HERE.
We are looking for a diverse range of people, ages, background, locations and those who use our services frequently and those who don't use our services much at all - there are no right or wrong answers. To thank you for your time, each participant selected and who participates in the focus group, will receive a $20 Coles Myer gift voucher.
Any information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of coordinating this research. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be accessed by authorised personnel involved in the organisation and facilitation of the focus group. Rest assured that your data will not be shared with any third parties, and will not be used for any purposes other than those stated above.
