Queenscliff Library Update

Please note that there has been a delay in Queenscliff Library’s move to its new temporary location.

Queenscliff Library will be moving to 18 Hesse St, Queenscliff, but please note that the previously advertised opening date of 4 November has been pushed back to late November.

This delay is due to a number of permit and construction related matters that has resulted in a delay to public facing services. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this change and look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

While the Library is closed, we encourage you to access our services in the following ways:

  • The other 16 library branches in the Geelong Regional Library network are still open – the closest to Queenscliff are below, with links to their location and contact details:
  • Click & Collect is available from our other library branches for all library members
  • Click & Deliver remains available to all Borough of Queenscliffe members as well as other eligible members (including members aged 60 and over and vulnerable people.
  • Our eCollection (including over 10,000 eBooks and 7,000 eAudiobooks) remains available

We would like to thank the Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale communities for their patience and understanding during this transition.

To find out more about the Queenscliffe Hub project, visit the Borough of Queenscliffe’s website.
