Changes to Click & Deliver

From Friday 18 September, our Click & Deliver service will only be available to library members residing in our four member council areas (City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast Shire, Golden Plains Shire and Borough of Queenscliffe), who meet our criteria as a ‘vulnerable person’ or who cannot access Click & Collect. Find out more about the new criteria for Click & Deliver here.

During Stage 3 restrictions, we delivered over 31,500 physical collection items to our members. We would like to thank you for your positive feedback about the service; it was our pleasure to be able to provide this service during lockdown.

All requests received for Click & Deliver until Friday 18 September will be delivered. We are experiencing a high demand for this service and we appreciate your patience.

Introducing Click & Collect

We are excited to introduce contactless Click & Collect from Monday 21 September for all Geelong Regional Libraries’ members who currently live within the City of Greater Geelong, Borough of Queenscliffe, Surf Coast Shire and Golden Plains Shire. This service will allow members to access more items, more often.

The process is simple - place holds as you normally would, and when you are notified that your items are available, you can nominate a convenient time to collect your items!

You can find out more on our Click & Collect page.

Mobile Library services

From Monday 28 September, Mobile Library customers will be able to collect their holds via contactless pickup - and return Collection items - from their usual stop on Mobile Library routes. Find out more on the Click & Collect page
