Do you crave some culture in your life?
Whether it’s art, literature, music, language, design, innovation, collaboration… or however else you interpret it, culture enhances our quality of life and enriches communities. It brings people together, generates conversations and promotes creativity.
Public libraries are important cultural institutions. Every day library branches across our network and the Geelong Heritage Centre are providing access to events, creative and digital programs, collections, exhibitions, heritage archives and learning opportunities.
Our libraries also provide spaces and resources – including free WiFi and access to digital technology – which allow creative people to work, collaborate and innovate. What’s more, anyone can access library spaces and activities, and almost all of them are offered free of charge.
We are proud of the role that Geelong Regional Libraries plays in enhancing the social and cultural fabric of our region.
