Staff may also ask you to show photo ID.
Please be advised that from 6pm on 12 November, you can no longer use a medical certificate as evidence of COVID-19 vaccination exemption. For more information, please visit the DHHS website.
For those who are unable to show a vaccination certificate, our huge range of eCollections remain available to you, as does our Click & Collect service.
We know there’s a lot to navigate, and we’re here to help. Our staff can assist you to link your vaccination certificate to your Services Victoria app. Please visit or call your local branch, or book into one of our Vaccination Certificate Assistance programs.
To find out about how COVID-19 is impacting our services at this time, please visit our dedicated Coronavirus webpage.
Still need to get your vaccination? COVID-19 vaccination is free and available locally. Book online at Barwon Health or by phoning 1800 675 398.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes. Please be respectful of our staff when they ask to see your vaccination certificate.
