Calling all Bellarine community organisations - be part of the Bellarine Fair!

Are you a local Bellarine organisation looking to attract new members, volunteers, or simply raise awareness?

The Bellarine Fair is your chance to connect with the community in central setting – our amazing Boronggook Drysdale Library, We invite clubs, interest groups and organisations to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to promote (and/or sell your goods and services at our Bellarine Fair on Saturday 16 November.

To be part of the Bellarine Fair, you'll need to complete & submit the EOI form before the closing date –  Monday 7 October 2024

Please note:

  • Stalls are $10 each (we’ll supply one table 90cm x 150cm and one chair for each stall holder)
  • Groups are welcome to use this opportunity as a fundraiser
  • We encourage applications from Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander or CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) people
  • Please note, no fresh or cooked goods, or alcohol can be sold at the fair
  • Any profits made by stallholders are theirs to keep.

The Bellarine Fair is set to unite the community, connecting residents with various organisations, community groups, and services available in the growing Bellarine area.  Whether you're looking for a new hobby, sport, or volunteering opportunity, the fair is the place to be.  Whether you're new to the area or a long-time resident, there'll be something for everyone. Save the date for Saturday 19 November and be part of this community-building experience.
