All libraries are closed on public holidays.
The Bellarine & Surf Coast Mobile Library was replaced in 2014 after 25 years of service. The new mobile library includes a larger floor space enabling activities and programs to be delivered and free WiFi and the inclusion of computers. There are also iPads and iPad Minis available for use on board.
The Golden Plains Mobile Library returns to full service following a major refurbishment late in 2016. The new mobile library continues to bring a substantial browsing collection to the residents of Cape Clear, Dereel, Enfield, Grenville, Haddon, Linton, Meredith, Rokewood and Smythesdale. Thanks to a complete internal refit made possible by the State Government's Living Libraries infrastructure funding, the mobile library now offers public printing and scanning, improved accessibility and lighting, a widescreen display for library promotions, and a returns chute. Look out for the striking new colours of the Golden Plains Mobile Library!
