If you can't find what you need, we can borrow items from other libraries for you, or you might like to suggest a new item!
For items published or released more than two years ago, you can submit a request for an interlibrary loan using the interlibrary loan form.
Our staff will search for the item at other public libraries in Victoria before searching in other states and academic institutions*.
Please submit a purchase suggestion form if the item you want to borrow is less than two years old. The Collections Team will review your suggestion under our Collection Development Policy. If the item is not purchased, a note will be left on your library account to inform you that it is unavailable.
Please note that while we welcome requests for new magazine titles, we only review additions to the library's magazine collection annually.
You'll need to complete a separate form for each title you suggest. Submissions containing multiple titles may not be processed.
*Please note we apply the following charges to retain our access to the widest range of materials.
