Heritage Centre seeks Committee members

Applications are currently being sought from members of the community who are interested in joining the Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee. This group provides advice and recommendations to the Geelong Regional Library Board in relation to the Heritage Centre collection; you can read more about the Geelong Heritage Centre Collection Advisory Committee here.

We welcome applications from people who:

  • live, work or study within the City of Greater Geelong, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire or Borough of Queenscliff
  • have a good understanding of the role of the Geelong Heritage Centre and its collection, and
  • have a strong interest in the history and heritage of the area.

Appointments are for two years. The full terms of reference can be viewed here.

Applications close on Friday 21st December 2018 at 5pm and should be emailed to mark.beasley@grlc.vic.gov.au.
